Varasconi's School of Self Defense, a branch of Hamzy's in Bristol, CT has proudly served the community since 1982. Owned and operated by brothers Tom and Bob Varasconi, both 10th Degree Black Belt Grand Masters, our academy offers expert martial arts training for all ages and skill levels. We provide group classes throughout the week and private lessons by appointment. With over 40 years of experience, we are dedicated to teaching discipline, confidence, and self-defense techniques in a welcoming environment.
